Vision

Fulfillment Solutions Advantage Inc. was the brainchild of Rob Van Velzen in 1993. Having been on the client side of direct mail services, Rob thought he could “build” a marketing production company that was better – more efficient, more innovative, more service oriented – a company that attracts the best minds, treats them well and gives them the best tools to do their jobs.

He has fulfilled his mission. We are a different kind of company.

People

When you walk in the front door you will find happy passionate people that love their jobs. You will feel the warm and friendly “working together” kind of vibe. You will hear innovative, out-of-the-box ideas, laughter, the hum of machinery, the soft voices of customer service reps and Account Managers advocating for their clients.

You might see employees in the kitchen making a hot breakfast for the entire staff in order to raise food for the food bank or the makings of a cheesy homemade You Tube video. Or maybe you will catch a wall coming down to make room for a new machine coming in or some new bright minds starting another division. Or you might see the diminishing number of country flags as teams are eliminated from the world cup soccer event and even the odd Habs logo.

We have built a community here at FSA.

Clients

We love our customers, many of whom have been with us a very long time. We may not provide them with the same services we did 10 years ago. In many cases we are bringing them new and different solutions…. but we are delivering them with the same level of passion and commitment as we did in the beginning.
