Rob van Velzen

1960-2011

Founder, The FSA Group

Rob van Velzen founded Fulfillment Solutions Advantage Inc in 1993. Starting as a Fulfillment Services company, Rob guided its path and expansion to become one of Canada’s most unique full service direct marketing firms by leveraging both print and database technologies while anticipating the growth in digital communications.

Rob’s vision of providing time pressed clients with a one stop shop for direct marketing expertise resulted in partnerships with the best in the industry to provide the breadth and depth of services The FSA Group offers today including: Delivery Net, FSA Media and FSA Datalytics.

Rob had a unique ability of keeping ahead of the curve, always anticipating customers' future needs. He empowered his team with leading edge technology and the resources required to find innovative solutions that work.

As our leader, Rob was a man who inspired loyalty and a desire to achieve and succeed.

Jacob Ciesielski

Partner, FSA Datalytics

Since 1998, Jacob Ciesielski has been helping his clients significantly improve their return on investment through the creation of integrated marketing solutions by leveraging his marketing database technology expertise across multiple industries including financial services, consumer, and packaged goods and telecommunications.

Prior to joining The FSA Group in 2009, Jacob served as Vice President of Cornerstone’s Marketing Database Services Division, where he spent the 6 years building and growing their Marketing Database Services, building, deploying, and supporting customized prospect and customer databases for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies.

Jacob is a member of the CMA Marketing Technology and Database Intelligence Council, and a graduate of Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology in Business Management.

Vish Ramkissoon

Partner, FSA Datalytics

Vish Ramkissoon has been building database marketing solutions and services across various industry verticals since 1995, specializing in Data Management and Analytics.

Prior to joining The FSA Group in 2009, Vish served as Vice President at Cornerstone where he led the delivery of Data Optimization, Data Cleansing, Analytics and Data Integration services and managed the IT infrastructure for a large North American consumer mail order company. While there, Vish was responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies, work processes and policies designed to increase efficiencies and reduce costs. He also has extensive experience in establishing new offshore operations, including the technology infrastructure and the hiring and training of staff to manage the operation.

Vish is member of the CMA Direct Marketing Council and a graduate of Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology and has post-graduate education in IT Systems, Project Management and People Management.
