Order Processing

FSA can process orders from multiple sources. We have an onsite call center for inbound phone orders, a data entry department to batch and key written orders, custom web solutions to capture online orders, email customer service for email inquiries and PO Boxes in Canada and the US to collect orders by mail.

We document critical details from each order, process the cheque, cash or credit card payment, fulfill the order for product or literature and provide shipment tracking – all on site. Detailed reporting allows immediate visibility on order activity, payments and shipments.

Payment Processing

Cheques and credit card payments are no problem. Cheques are batched, deposited into your bank accounts and reconciled on your behalf. Secure credit card payments are batched or processed in real time with full reporting on all activity.

Data Entry

From order forms to contests, questionnaires to mailing lists – we can data enter information from a paper source and provide a comprehensive database formatted to your specifications to facilitate upload to your CRM system.

Rebate Processing

We can manage your rebate program – from the communication of rebate rules and regulations via inbound customer service reps to determining those who qualify for cheque/gift card fulfillment and preparing and mailing the rebate package using the most economical shipping methods available. You set up the business rules and qualifying criteria for your rebate program – we execute, manage and report on the results.

Returns Processing

What about the stuff that comes back – whether it is undeliverable or just not what the customer wanted – who handles this?

From printed matter to high value items, in Canada or the USA, The FSA Group will receive, open and assess the returned items and manage restocking or refurbishing.

We make border crossing simple. We can return goods to US retailers and e-tailers, settle any taxes due from Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and can re-export goods back to US Merchants – duty and tax free.
